Chandrayaan 2: Heavy Lift Rocket Nicknamed As Baahubali Lands A Rover
Chandrayaan 2 is a Rs. 978 Crore project that has launched onboard the heavy-lift rocket GSLV-Mklll, that is nicknamed as Baahubali. The super rocket will work on the mission of landing a rover near the unexplored lunar southern pole.
Chandrayaan 2 space craft weighs 3850 kg, that consists of the rover, orbiter and the lander. It will take about 48 days to complete its journey to land on the moon. A scrupulously designed orbital phases will lead the space craft to land accurately.
