In a recent meeting and interview, Shabana Azmi one of the famous bollywood actresses appreciates the work of Bollywood casting directors, she also that said their importance are slowly known to everyone and their creativity is utilized in directing good movies.
Shabana Azmi also said the excellence of actors and acting has taken different aspects in bollywood movies, suppose an actress has to speak two paragraphs, the casting directors creativity indulges for a real appearance in the screen. This was not possible in her time of acting period.
