Cafe Coffee Day owner VG Siddhartha is allegedly missing from Monday near the Netravati Bridge in Mangaluru. Siddhartha is said to have been under tremendous stress and pressure owing to a private equity holder forcing him to buy shares. He had previously written a letter to his employees stating that he had failed as a businessman. Search operations are on in Mangaluru. Cafe Coffee Day is one of the first Indian ventures in the cafe space. It is disheartening to see that Indian Entrepreneurs are pushed to extremes and are struggling to keep their businesses alive.
