Former Congress Finance Minister P Chidambaram has been off the grid since the CBI announced a two hour notice period for him to appear for arrest after the Delhi High Court refused him anticipatory bail. The CBI has been unable to trace Chidambaram. The Court refused to listen to an urgent plea by Chidambaram for bail and has scheduled a hearing on Friday. While Congress leaders are claiming that the present government is misusing its power, they are forgetting that Chidambaram himself is being accused of misusing his power. If he had nothing to fear, there would be no need for him to hide.
