CPM GS Sitaram Yechury Allowed To Visit Jammu And Kashmir

Supreme Court has permitted the CPM GS Sitaram Yechury, General Secretary to Visit Jammu and Kashmir, only on the assurance that his visit be not on political purposes.
If the CPM Leader is indulged in any political affairs then the authorities can report to the Apex court.
CPM GS Sitaram Yechury will visit the former MLA Mohammad Yusuf Tarigami. Sitaram was apprehended to enter Kashmir on restriction to probe against Article 370 and 35A.
