Fisherman Restricted By IMD As Depressions In Arabian Sea And Bay Of Bengal

According to IMD heavy rainfall to shower in coastal areas of Odisha and Kerala, fisherman are adviced not to take their boats to the sea as the depressions are into Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal.

As the depression will move towards the westwards direction, heavy showers will reduce weakening the depression.  Strong Winds with speed of 45-55 Km per hour will remain over on the southwest Arabian Sea, south and central Bay of Bengal. IMD stated  “Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka, Lakshadweep and Telangana,” its All India Weather Warning.
