Article 370 And 35A: Russia Backs To Discuss On Decision Of India On J&K
The Prime Minister of India says that Russia has moved back describing the issue of Jammu and Kashmir’s special state and removal of Article 370 and 35A as the internal matter of the country.
Russia said that it falls under the Indian Constitution and so does not want to speak on the framework of Indian Constitution. Modi has arrived in Russia on a two day visit, in which Modi said that Russia and India is against any interference to internal matters of any nation in India-Russia 20th Annual Summit related to the scrapping of Article 370 and 35 A.
