With the increasing minority population in the middle Assam district of Nagaon, the place has become a crime centre for Muslim criminals. Drug rackets, frauds, robbery, smuggling, poaching of wild animals are few to name in their crime list. Thanks to Nagaon police, various Muslim criminal rackets are being busted in hundreds of operations in the last three months or so.
