Supreme Court Allows RSS Route Marches In Tamil Nadu; Dismisses State Government’s Appeal

A Supreme Court bench of Justices V Ramasubramanian and Pankaj Mittal has dismissed the appeal of the Tamil Nadu government against a judgement of the Division Bench of the Madras High Court which allowed the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to conduct its route marches.
