The nation is devastated and reeling under the horrific tragedy of the gangrape case occurred in a private medical college at Durgapur, West Bengal. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has uttered an irresponsible and insensible statement with respect to the case. She questioned that how a 23 year-old student managed to leave the campus late at night.
