Congress, CPM, TMC: The Saga Of Infiltration Through West Bengal
Infiltration into West Bengal started tentatively from end-1960s in West Bengal. This piece enlists the Muslim-represented assemblies of the State & attempts to depict the evolution of all such assembly segments viewing critically the role of Congress, CPM & the TMC in handing many assemblies of West Bengal over to Muslim representatives, endorsing cross-border infiltration paving the path of Islamic politics in the concerned areas while the State of West Bengal was historically & electorally created for the Hindus of Bengal. Not to mention the ruling dispensation and the power corridor at New Delhi too, before the NDA’s term from 2014, never red flagged such strategic infiltration-politics by the West Bengal State parties.
