Electoral Bonds Pulls Changes To Ensure Transparency And Accountability Concerns Election Commission

The accepting of electoral bonds from the parties, the changes in Foreign Contribution(Regulation) Act, 2010 will enable the political parties of India to be influenced by the foreign bodies.
The Election commission has told the Center in 2017, that the political funding will be affected by the changes in laws of political funding. The appeal to SC was to have the changes was to reduce the political funding and ensure the law transparency that will limit the cash donations to only rupees 2k only.
