Medical Records Stored without password by State Medical Department
A database 12.5 million pregnancy records including information about the mother and illegal prenatal sex determination were found linked to the internet without being secured by a password. The state whose Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare is responsible for the security breach has not been revealed which ironically is for security reasons.
