Navjot Kaur Sidhu Not Granted Congress Party Ticket In Chandigarh
Congress party has not offered the ticket to Navjot Kaur Sidhu to contest from Chandigarh, though she had stated her campaigns for the Lok Sabha polls also said “But it is okay. That is how the party works”.
Congress party has selected Pawan Kumar Bansal the former Railway Minister to fight from Chandigarh. He had resigned from the Railways due to the involvement of bribery case of his nephew has been elected apart from him Sunil Jakhar re-elected from Gurdaspur, Gurjeet Singh Aujla from Amritsar and Ravjeet Singh Bittu and Santosh Singh from Ludhiana and Jalandhar respectively.
