Setback for Modi govt, SC says ‘stolen’ Rafale documents admissible in the court

Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the government’s objections regarding certain ‘classified’ documents in the public domain. “We deem it proper to dismiss the Union’s plea,” a three-judge bench led by CJI Ranjan Gogoi said. The court will fix a date for the review hearing later.
