INDIA’S YOUTH & 1ST TIME VOTERS – THE SWING VOTERS, FAVOUR OF PM MODI- NOT ONE BIT SURPRISING
India which is a young country, has 2/3rds of its population under 35 years. This Lok Sabha elections over 15 million 1st time voters of ages 18 and 19 are eligible to vote. They are the new undecided swing voters. So see what they say:
* Mayank T, engineering student says, “Narendra Modi has provided lots of facilities for the poor people of this country. In UP my home state, villages that were rarely lit now have electricity. Where food used to be cooked on firewood, he has given gas cylinders.”
* Vardha K, psychology student says, “I have been in Delhi my entire life and my lungs are gone without ever smoking. Nobody is talking about pollution.”
* Mohammad A, 18, engineering student says, “At present only Narendra Modi is fit to run this country because they have done a tremendous amount of work in the last five years. The Modi government is taking the country forward.”
* Jitesh N, university student says, “There is just one clear candidate for victory and that is Narendra Modi. I don’t think we have a better option to lead the country. I don’t trust Rahul Gandhi yet.”
* Monika D, psychology student says, “Slogans like ‘Save girl child, educate girl child,’ being launched, but I don’t think these concepts are applied to the roots with practicality. In villages you have to see how how girls are treated.” Modi has done a lot definitely to help us establish India globally and the U.N by visiting different countries. And they are coming up with some impressive projects to start in India, which has happened because of Modi. So, I think we have really progressed.”
* Kavita, studying banking and financial services says, “the biggest issue in Delhi is girls’ safety, which is still not 100%. Girls should be allowed to go out whatever time at night.” “I don’t think Rahul Gandhi is the best option. I too am in support of Narendra Modi. I think he has the potential to take India to those heights.”
SO THE YOUTH ARE BIG SUPPORTERS OF PM MODI FOR WORK THIS GOVT HAS DONE…
