Segregating of wet waste products and dry waste products can provide you a property tax rebate of 7 percent. The BMC has declared this proposal to reduce the property tax of residential housing societies.
Segregation of waste products are necessary and compulsory as directed by the BMC and other states as decomposing of the products becomes easier, dry waste are taken by the recycling while the wet waste is decomposed.
