AAP seeks information on permissions for NaMo TV
Election Commission of India received a complaint letter from Aam Aadmi Party questioning whether the BJP obtained the permission of Media Certification committee for the content and expenditure on the NaMo TV Channel. The argument was backed by stating the Supreme Court orders wherein all the parties must campaign and contest elections on an equal level which must be monitored by the committee. The letter is currently being reviewed by the Election Commission and no statements have been made yet.
