AFTER ONLY “70 YEARS, WANTS TO LAUNCH SURGICAL STRIKE ON POVERTY

Surgical strikes are a offensive military action to surprise your enemy and hit them hard. Congress, which has been in power for most of the 70 years since Independence,and has tried to keep the country poor to use as a vote bank, suddenly wants to launch a surgical strike [ which are choice words to only impress people] on poverty. And has been planning for it for all of 6 months… Sadly states ruled by it are among the poorest.
