The Kashmiri leaders (and not rest of J&K) are scaring India of the worst consequences if Article 35A is found unconstitutional. Per reports Article 35A was added without debate or a vote – Nehru’s doing again. It is only being legally challenged. This article gives Kashmiris special priviledges on citizenship, employmnet and property ownership even while they get the most subsidy and create the most trouble. Why should Kashmir get such priviledges, because they are muslim majority? Indian citizens and taxpayers are funding this.
