Chief Justice of India accused of sexual harassment by former Staffer

A former junior court assistant has alleged the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment. The Secretary-General of the SC has denied the allegation and dismissed it to be completely false. In an affidavit to 22 supreme court judges, the 35-year-old woman wrote there is an imminent danger to her life and she is compelled to speak the truth. The woman has alleged that Ranjan Gogoi hugged her and touched her all over her body.
