Dattatreya Hosabale of RSS speaks in favour of reservation
The joint general secretary of the RSS, Dattatreya Hosabale spoke in favour of reservation and stated that reservation should continue for as long as the beneficiaries feel its requirement. This follows RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s call for a debate between pro reservation and anti-reservation factions sparking an outcry from other parties and castes. Hosabale said that the RSS was in support of the Constitutionally mandated reservations owing to the wide income and social disparities. Several people on Twitter are favouring reservation while others are not and the debate continues.
