Finish Delhi’s 3rd ring road by 2023, make delayed projects list: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday directed the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to complete the second phase of Urban Extension Road (UER-II) in Delhi by August 15, 2023, which is coming up as a third Ring Road.
