Fugitive Nirav Modi uses his pet dog to get bail; but fails again

A UK judge on Friday refused fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi’s second attempt on the bail application in the Westminster Magistrates’ Court here despite his defence team trying hard to establish his close ties to the UK, including having to care for a pet dog.
