GANDHI’S DON’T FACE AS MUCH A THREAT, SECURITY COVER MAY BE REDUCED
Due to historical reasons and political reasons, the Gandhi family enjoy extra ordinary priviledges – each family gets independent bungalows, SPG or Special Protection Group security cover, no frisking at airports and many other tax payer funded benefits. They are still being teated as a royal family where India is a democratic country.
Now presumably, in light of lowered security threats the Gandhi family faces, they not being in political power, possibly them promoting the Pakistani narrative on many things, them favouring rights of Muslim men over Muslim women (they did not support the triple talaq bil) and others, the intelligence and security agencies analysis is that the expensive tax payer funded SPG protection can be lowered by couple of notches. They will still get special security and priviledges but perhaps a little less…
