The serene valleys in the mighty Himalayas were pushed to the path of chaos, stagnation and fear. The terror infrastructure ingrained a constant fear of retributive violence and cycle of killings for taking any step towards progress, modernity and open tolerant society.
Under the constant fear of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, ‘the Valley of Saints’ creeped without offering much of developmental work and progress to its residents.
