NITI Aayog Chairman in violation of Model Code of Conduct

The NITI Aayog Chairman Rajiv Kumar was found to be violating the Model Code of Conduct by the Election Commission as he spoke against the NYAY scheme announced by Rahul Gandhi. He had tweeted expressing his opinions and how the scheme is not economically feasible. The EC did not find Mr. Raji’s reply satisfactory and added that public servants must be impartial in their statements.
