– Inaugurated Kochi-Lakshadweep Submarine Optical Fiber Connection
– Inaugurated Low Temperature Thermal Desalination (LTTD) plant for clean drinking water
– Inaugurated Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC)
– Inaugurated solar power plant at Kavaratti
– Inaugurated new administrative block and 80 Men barracks in the India Reserve Battalion (IRBn) Complex at Kavaratti.
– Laid foundation stone for PHC facility in Kalpeni and the construction of model Anganwadi Centres in 5 Islands.
