Sri Lanka President Gotabaya Rajapaksa On Three Day Visit In India
The Sri Lanka President is in India for a three days visit, met the Prime Minister of India. In his meeting with Narendra Modi, President Rajapaksa discussed about the political view point including the procedure of reconciliation which also adds to the 13th amendment.
On bilateral talks with Sri Lanka President, PM Modi also said that the priority will be given to Sri Lanka under the “Neighbourhood First Policy”. Conversation on terrorism and mutual security was also a part of discussion. This was the first foreign trip of Sri Lanka president after his victory in elections.
