Supreme Court denies To Accept Plea As Congress Challenges Election Commission Gujarat

Congress Party in Gujarat is unsatisfied by the decision of Election Commission. Separate by-polls for the Rajya Sabha seats will be held separately in the state. The two seats were earlier been held by Union Ministers Amit Shah and Smriti Irani.
Election Commission was challenged and plea was taken to the court by Congress MLA in Gujarat but bench followed judge has denied to accept the plea.
