The Supreme Court said that the Delhi High Court could make a decision to make temporary arrangements at AIIMS where the Unnao rape survivor is admitted along with her lawyer in order to record her statement. The request for a temporary court was made by a trial judge from the CBI. The CBI has been given a notice period to complete the trial. The survivor’s health is gradually improving but she is still not in a position to be moved out of the hospital. The probe into the accident case was supposed to be completed in seven days and since then several extensions have been given. One can only hope that the survivor gets the justice she deserves.
