Tamil Nadu Will Receive Cauvery Water On Proportion Stated CWRC
The Cauvery water regulation committee said that Karnataka will provide the proportionate flow of Cauvery water to the reservoirs of Tamil Nadu.
The decision was taken in a meeting, led by Chairman Naveen Kumar. The committee also stated that due to the low flow of water, supply of water will be continued from Krishnaraja Sagar and Kabini Dams for the next five days to Tamil Nadu, while next meeting will be held on 8th August, Delhi.
