Tamil Nadu’s DMK Rule Under Scrutiny: Film Industry, Drug Smuggling, and Political Maneuvers on the radar
In a joint operation between the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the Delhi Police’s Special Cell, three individuals were arrested in Delhi for their involvement in an international drug trafficking network spanning India, New Zealand, Australia, and Malaysia. The operation led to the seisure of 50 kg of pseudoephedrine, a precursor chemical used to manufacture methamphetamine. The network trafficked drugs via air and sea cargo concealed in food products. The NCB is collaborating with authorities in New Zealand and Australia, following leads from customs and police agencies.
