TMC leader warns voters not to vote for other parties

A TMC leader said that the party will identify those who voted against it and virtually threatened to kill them or make them face dire consequences. The leader went on to give advise on rigging votes and even accepted that he has a record of scamming innocent people. Is this how Mamata Banerjee plans to save democracy?
