Yogi’s Uttar Pradesh Sets Record In Dairy Sector, Contributed Highest In India’s Milk Production

Uttar Pradesh has set a record in milk production in the country. The production of milk has steadily increased in the state. According to an official spokesperson, milk production in UP was 277.697 lakh metric tonnes in 2016-17, which increased to 318.630 lakh metric tonnes in 2019-20. The state has produced 1,242.37 lakh metric tonnes of milk in the last four years.
