BIHAR GOVT GIVES Rs 30 LAKHS GIFTS TO MLAS BUT SCHOOL TEACHERS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID

Nitish Kumar’s Bihar government have gifted MLAs lavish gifts including microwave ovens costing only Rupees 30 lakhs for “doing their job” (whatever that means). Each department including the education department is taking turns during the ongoing budget session. At the same time, the state government is not able to pay salaries of its teachers for lack of funds. May be the contradiction makes sense to the chief minister and his ministers, but the public at large has been left wondering?
