INDIA CONCERNED: WHY DOES US WANT TO SELL F-16s to PAKISTAN?

India is very concerned about US’s plan to sell advanced F-16s to Pakistan which would be directly or indirectly used against India and to support its terrorist activities against India. Now a growing number of US elected representatives are saying this sales complicates the growing India-US cooperation. The question everyone is asking whose side is US on – Pakistan which keep indulges in terrorist activities using proxies or India which is trying to defend itself?
