Ram Navmi In Ayodhya: Ramlalla’s Idol Illuminated With ‘Surya Tilak’ In Presence Of Scientists Who Designed It

Ramlalla’s idol at Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya was illuminated with a ‘Surya Tilak’ on the occasion of Ram Navmi on Wednesday (17 April). The rays of the Sun fell on the forehead of the 51-inch tall murti for four minutes from 11:58 am to 12:02 pm. The event can be seen in the backdrop of the fact that Lord Ram is Sooryavanshi and hence he sought Lord Sun’s blessing on his birthday.
