Sonia Gandhi, Rahul have been found prima facie guilty of several counts on the National Herald case. Per Swamy sources, he notes that attempts will be made to create disturbance near New Delhi’s Patiala house, all of which is anti-national in nature and further Delhi Police will not be equal to task to maintain law and order. Hence Swamy suggests that Armed Forces Special Powers should be invoked and the Army or BSF or CRPF should be called to assist Delhi Police.
