Party hopping continues as Mukul Roy claims 107 TMC MLA’s to join the BJP
At the time when Karnataka is going through a political turmoil, West Bengal’s BJP leader Mukul Roy has said that MLA’s from the TMC and CPIM have been planning to shift to the BJP. Roy said that a list of 107 MLA’s has been made and they are in touch with the BJP and will be executing their decisions soon. 107 seems to be a large number and a sudden crossover of so many MLA’s seems to be questionable. Affiliation to parties were based on ideologies and now MLA’s are constantly shifting parties despite the party ideologies.
