BARC Women Employee Harassment Case Bombay High Court Order Decision In Next Three Months

A bench of Justice led by Akil Kureshi and SJ Kathawalla of Bombay High Court has ordered the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre to provide justification on the complaint of sexual harassment by the woman employee within next three months.
The Bombay High court has also ordered to look into other complaints of sexual harassment in government sectors, which is under Department of atomic energy.
