The video of Councilor Shakila Begum, who won the Delhi MCD election, is going viral. Shakila, who wore a burqa without showing her face in front of the voters, won from Seelampur ward number 225.
After winning, she covered herself from head to toe with a burqa even when she appeared in front of the media. Even the face could not be seen. Shakila was sitting next to a person who helped them answer the questions.
