11 MLA’s Disqualification Plea Rejected By President Ram Nath Kovind

On 2017th Vivek Garg had filed against assembly members, the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind has rejected to the terms of disqualifying the 11 MLAs who had allegations of holding profits in their jobs.
Based on the terms and opinion stated by the Election commission the President of India Ram Nath Kovind has denied to disqualify the members based “item 14 of the Schedule to Delhi Members of Legislative Assembly (Removal of Disqualification Act).
