14 Days Extension On Judicial Custody To Ranbaxy Promotors Related To Fund Scam Case

Religare fund scam case was filed against the Ranbaxy promoters and owners Shivinder and Malvinder Singh. Their judicial custody at delhi has been extended to 14 days, including the former chairman director Sunil Godhwani, Kavi Arora and Anil Saxena of Religare till 14th November.
A bail application was filed by Sunil Godhwani and the court has issued notice on Economic Offence Wing of Delhi Police to provide a response on the plea of bail of fund scam case.
