48 Hours Bandh, Northeast State Of India Against PRC Permits To Non Arunachalees.

PRC permanent residential certificate will be granted to non-natives of Arunachal Pradesh, the northeast state of India as the decision taken by Joint High Power Committee after negotiating with stakeholders staying for decades in Namsai and Changlang districts.

Students and communities have found it to hamper the rights and interests of the places and people of Arunachal Pradesh led to  Bandh of two days from Thursday, 21st February 2019 against the decisions  on changes in PRC and granting it to six communities.
