A-SAT missile project began two years ago, went into mission mode in last six months says DRDO Chairman

After successfully conducting an A-SAT or anti-satellite missile test yesterday, the Chairman of the DRDO revealed that anti-satellite missile test entered a “mission mode” in the last six months with over a 100 scientists working round-the-clock to meet the launch deadline.
