Amitabh Kant to continue as NITI Aayog CEO for 2 more years
The present NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant is going to continue his post for another two year term. Amitabh Kant was posted as the CEO in 2016 for a similar two year term. This decision followed PM Modi’s revision of the NITI Aayog’s policies. The NITI Aayog which replaced the planning commission has been termed the think tank of India and its functioning is crucial to governmental policies. Amitabh Kant has received praise and appreciation for his keen mind and critical skills. His extended tenure is being welcomed by all on social media.
