Article 35 A of Indian constitutions, that is issued to the benefits of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir. Providing the rights to permanent citizens, the law that protects the rights of the natives of Kashmir. Article 35A has been challenged to the supreme court describing it as privilege enjoyed by the people of Kashmir.
The rule may be beneficial for the Kashmiri but the Indian Political parties find it invalid as Kashmir being the part of India are provided with more scope from rest of the constitutions of India and at present time does not require any sort of validation though it is believed that Article 35A protects the demographic status of J&K.

1989-90 में, राजीव गांधी के प्रधान मंत्री और फारूक अब्दुल्ला के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में, 400,000 कश्मीरी पंडितों, सिखों और अन्य लोगों को नरसंहार का सामना करना पड़ा - या तो रातों-रात कश्मीर छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा । "द कश्मीर फाइल्स" इसका एक छोटा सा हिस्सा ही दिखाता है। क्या कश्मीर में हुए नरसंहार पर कानून बनाया जाना चाहिए और अत्याचारों की पूरी जांच होनी चाहिए?
