Dalai Lama’s 84th birthday celebrated in the country

His Holiness Dalai Lama’s birthday was celebrated across the nation. In Dharamshala Tibetans dressed in their traditional attire organised a prayer ceremony at the Buddhist temple in Tsuglagkhang to pray for the long life of their leader. The prayer was attended by the Dalai Lama who blessed the occasion. Tibetan students across the country distributed sweets in their educational institutions to mark the day and spread the message of peace.
