Delhi High Court Dismisses Petition To Stop Use Of EVMs In Elections, Fines Advocate

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed in public interest seeking directions to the Election Commission to stop the use of electronic voting machines (EVMs) in all forthcoming elections and to use ballot paper instead.
